Why work with Whitlow

Credentials are a start. Results are the point.

Behind every number is a reason it matters to you — here’s what decades of focused, local commercial brokerage experience on our team means for you.

30+ years of Commercial Brokerage in the North State Market

Our team brings over 30 years of experience with commercial brokerage in Shasta County. This means we read the market the way only daily on-the-ground experience allows — pricing, submarkets, and connections with the people who move them.

The CCIM designation — held by fewer than 6% of brokers

CCIM is the gold standard in commercial real estate, earned by a small fraction of brokers nationwide. For you, it means investment-grade analysis applied to every decision — not guesswork.

A perfect 5.0 across all 33 reviews

Every client who has reviewed Jess has left five stars. That consistency comes from one standard, held every time: clear communication, straight answers, and your interests first.

Specialized in Shasta County, start to finish

Jess works Shasta County deeply rather than spreading thin across the state — so you get a true local expert who knows the neighborhoods, the players, and the opportunities others miss.

About

Jess Whitlow, CCIM

President & CEO

Jess Whitlow is a commercial real estate broker with over 20 years of experience and a reputation built on efficiency, candor, and follow-through. Year after year she ranks among the most active commercial brokers in Redding and Shasta County — not because of hype, but because of the work.

Her career began in 2006 across the Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Phoenix markets before returning to Redding, where she was raised. That combination — major-market experience applied to a regional market she knows at the street level — is what separates her read on a deal from a broker who only knows one world.

Jess holds the CCIM designation — the Certified Commercial Investment Member credential earned by fewer than 6% of commercial practitioners nationwide — and is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. The practice is based in Redding and serves clients throughout Shasta County, with active reach into Tehama, Trinity, and Siskiyou counties.

Clients describe the experience of working with Jess as direct, responsive, and thorough. She works closely with local and out-of-area investors, owner-users, businesses, and nonprofits — and she tells you the unflattering thing about a deal before you find it yourself.
