I was near the end of a property purchase when Title called and said I needed a new purchase contract drawn up. The previous one was done by someone who was referred to me by the bank we used for a loan, and it was not acceptable for the title company for reasons unknown to me. Not my area of expertise! In a panic I reached out to Jessica Whitlow at Commercial Real Estate to see if she could possibly step in and help. She looked it over and took right to it.  She never once did the familiar reply these days of, I will get back to you and let you know. Not Jessica, she was very responsive and extremely professional. I cannot thank her enough for getting this handled so quickly and coming in late in the game as she did. Title closed and we now are new business owners here in our little community. Jess was an absolute Rockstar to work with! One of the most foolish games to play in the world of business is to "go it alone" and "feel" your way through. There are pitfalls and mistakes in most contracts, and if you're not looking at those contracts all of the time how do you know which parts will be bad for your business and which parts are ok? Simple. Work with a real professional who will look out for those things FOR you! Jess literally saved our new company $10k that can now go towards our balance sheet rather than into someone else's pocket. My wife and I ask for referrals when we need things done and Jess came recommended from multiple people, and now we know why! She has the access and the influence to make deals happen in Redding and she came through for us BIG!
